Transport Update
HS2 reissued the Transport report (TR-001-000) on 2nd November, to correct various errors which had been reported to them -
"Thank you for your queries regarding CFA8 of the HS2 SES3 AP4 Volume 5 Transport Assessment. I am writing to let you know that HS2 Ltd has carried out a full review of the TA in this area. The changes identified have been incorporated into an updated Transport Assessment document which is now available on the web at the link below. These changes do not affect the assessment of traffic and transport environmental effects in the Environmental Statement."

FOI requests
In addition to the (mostly clerical) errors corrected by the update, there are two FOI requests outstanding -
- FOI15-1422
- Requests an explanation for errors in junction assessments published in the original ES, and asks if similar erroneous assessments are still present.

We note that there is no published junction assessment for the A413 (Amersham bypass) / A355 (Gore Hill) roundabout in CFA8, although there would appear to be a high probability of an adverse impact on traffic flow here during peak hours.
Would you please provide (under the Environmental Regulations 2004) any information which you hold relating to current and projected traffic flows at this junction, and copies of any internal HS2 correspondence which relates to the provision or non-provision of a junction assessment in the original Environmental Survey, or subsequent ( AP2 & AP4) updates ? - and

We also note that there are no published junction assessments for any of the M40 junctions (1,2,4,5,8a) carrying construction traffic from the Chilterns ( CFAs 8, 9 & 10) .
