AoNB review group

Dear HS2,

Please supply a list of all meetings of the Chilterns AoNB review group which have taken place since October 2024 (the last for which minutes have been published).
Please supply minutes of these meetings, preferably by publication on the web page provided for this purpose.

21. HS2 Ltd/the Nominated Undertaker will, at their own cost, provide secretariat for the Group. In this capacity, HS2 Ltd will:

Publish unless otherwise agreed by the Group the final agreed minutes of meetings on HS2 Ltd.’s website and keep organisations, who have so requested, kept updated on matters considered by the Group (please see Confidentiality section below); ]

A response !

Meetings have been held - January, June 2025, March 2026. Minutes will be published 'when ready' - and are withheld, 12(4)(d) - material in the course of completion.

The review group supervise the additional projects fund of £3m, and should inform the public in a timely fashion what decisions have been made. Taking 18 months to complete minutes of a meeting fails to do this. Time for a complaint to the Information commissioner ?

Review request

The refusal is clearly ridiculous, and so this request for an internal review has been submitted. This is necessary before a case can be submitted to the information commissioner.
